A sound massage?
The word “massage” refers to the effect and not to an actual classic massage. The sound vibrations generated by striking or singing the bowls massage you.
To hear the bowls
Sound vibrations affect and change the structure of water. The vibrations from the tibetan bowls penetrate deep into the tissues and cells to re-tune and re-harmonize our bodies which are made up of over 70% water. Each bowl is fine-tuned to a precise note, each chakra corresponds to a specific note and each of these energy centers known as chakras has precise physical, emotional and energetic properties. Repeated stress can cause imbalance and possibly dis-ease. The beautiful sound of these wonderful bowls will relax you and their vibrations help you heal on many levels.

Workshop - Singing Bowls
Learn the basics of playing Tibetan singing bowls and the tingsha, from how to use a striker (or mallet) to using the bowls for self-healing, and how to choose a singing bowl for personal practice. The workshop will culminate with a mini-concert with the singing bowls.
